The 2005-2006 season will conclude with the late Arthur Miller? classic American play, The Price. This masterfully crafted work by one of America? greatest playwrights explores the world of Victor Franz, a weary and retired cop who dedicated his life to supporting his father. With his father and mother long gone, and their former home on the verge of being destroyed, Victor prepares to sell the artifacts of his past when his estranged brother, a successful doctor, intervenes. Directed by Richard Corley, this gripping drama encourages a full examination of the past in order to gain a true understanding of the present.? The Price will be presented in The Playhouse in the Overture Center for the Arts.
