LOOSE LIPS SINK SHIPS, April 8-May 1, 2005 Promenade Hall, Overture Center for the Arts Jacinda Duffin and Laurie Flanagan began writing their new musical LOOSE LIPS SINK SHIPS with research, reading the company newspaper published by the Leathem D. Smith Shipbuilding Co. in Sturgeon Bay and interviewing more than twenty people, including women who had worked in production jobs in the yards. James Kaplan, composer of GUYS ON ICE, provides a vibrant score. This musical is most appreciated by ages five and up.
