Sun Prairie East Performing Arts Center
The Sun Prairie East Performing Arts Center opened in August of 2010, as part of the new Sun Prairie High School.
The 2400 sq ft stage features a 23-line fly system with a full fly loft, orchestra pit with cover, and trap door.
Description of Performance Area
The stage house has a proscenium arch stage with a performing area that is 50' x 50'.
Backstage Space
The facility includes dressing rooms, scene shop, and a costume/prop shop.
Fly Space
The stage house has a full 60-foot fly space over the large, removable pit cover.
Sound Equipment
The facility includes a fully equipped control room with a 48-channel Roland M400 soundboard, a Wenger Diva acoustic concert shell, and a nine-foot Steinway D concert grand piano.
Lighting Equipment
The facility includes a fully equipped control room with an ETC Ion lightboard.
Seating Capacity
The facility has a 1,044 seat house (792 main floor, 252 balcony)
