Description of Performance Area

One large indoor reception hall, and outdoor locations, especially the Great Lawn in the center of the Gardens (not covered).

Backstage Space

An area called the Headhouse connects to the Evjue Commons and is often used by musicians for warming up or storing instrument cases or equipment. This is also the area that most musicians load in through. (On a daily basis the Headhouse is used for plant potting, storage, and staff break area.)

Olbrich has a very basic speaker system that can play pre-recorded music or could be used for a speaker. Most musicians/bands provide their own sound equipment.

N/A. Olbrich has a projector and portable screen.

Box Office Services

Olbrich does not have box office services, though it can take ticket purchases for events over the phone and then manually process or mail them. A greeter desk in the lobby can hold tickets for will call, or a ticket purchase area can be set up on the night of the event.

Rental Information

Individuals and corporations can rent multiple indoor spaces. All of the rental information is available on the website. All rental contracts are handled by the Rentals Coordinator, Patti Jorenby.

Seating Capacity

Approximately 200 indoors in the Evjue Commons or 800 outdoors on the Great Lawn, both on folding chairs.
