The Diane Ballweg Theatre is an acoustically isolated, energy efficient, 7,000 square foot black box theatre that includes a full catwalk system and has the capacity to hold 120 patrons in seats that were donated by individual sponsors, community members, and alums. The theatre functions as both a teaching theater and venue for public performances, about five productions per year.

Adjacent to the theatre is a greenroom and student lounge space with a kitchenette. This area includes several PC computers, a library of scripts and sheet music, a couch, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, sink, and cupboards.
