The Philanderer
By George Bernard Shaw
Directed by Kenneth Albers
Leonard Charteris is a man with a problem. While he feels he could fall in love with any woman – at least, “any pretty woman” – he currently finds himself torn between two: Julia Craven, a jealous beauty whom he’s trying to rid himself of, and Grace Tranfield, a widower who has captured his heart (for the time being). In order to keep Grace’s affections while holding his place in the popular Ibsen Club, Leonard must go to extremes to extricate himself from his former lover.
