Greendale Community Theatre presents the Wisconsin premiere of RENT, written by Jonathan Larson. This breathtaking and inspiring rock musical, based on Giacomo Puccini’s opera La Boheme, tells the story of a group of friends dealing with addiction, friendship, death, grief, and, ultimately, love. The show earned the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, several Tony awards, and enjoyed a 12 year run on Broadway with over 5,000 performances.
