Other Desert Cities

By Jon Robin Baitz

Directed by Betty Diamond

It’s 2004, and long absent daughter Brook goes to Palm Springs, California to spend Christmas with her family. She announces that she is about to publish a memoir dredging up a painful moment in the family’s history, and the family—to put it mildly—is not pleased. Witty, moving, complex characters.
