Dance speaks volumes without saying a word. Throughout time, dance has been used to share joy, triumph, ritual, and sorrow. This annual favorite features choreography by faculty, students, and guest artists, that is imaginative, powerful, and fun. Each piece performed varies in style, so audiences are sure to find a dance that moves them. This year’s guest artist, Leila Henry, hails from Chicago and brings her quirky fusion of hip hop, jazz and contemporary dance to DanceScapes ’17.
