Bring Me to Light: A New Musical Revue
By Charlie Bauer
Directed by Charlie Bauer
Bring Me to Light is a new musical revue that uses the songs of some of the greatest contemporary composers in musical theatre. Silly and touching, dramatic and ridiculous, the show represents everything that is that intangible quality within musicals that can make people laugh, cry and think.
Presented by the Undergraduate Theatre Association the show has been entirely written, produced, acted, directed, designed and played by undergrads at UW-Madison.
Bring Me to Light will feature songs from contemporary musicals including Moulin Rouge, The Full Monty, Songs For A New World, The Wedding Singer, Spring Awakening, Violet, The Wild Party, See What I Wanna See, Sweet Charity, Avenue Q, De-Lovely, You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, Anyone Can Whistle, My Fair Lady, The Secret Garden, City of Angels, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Little Shop of Horrors, and The Light In The Piazza.
Come share in a great experience that will leave you wanting more!
