Blitz VII

By All Local Playwrights!

Directed by 16 of the Best and Brightest

Its never too early to get ready for the adrenaline rush! 24 hours x 8 plays x 2 days = BLITZ VII Blitz is my favorite day of the year, and this year it happens TWICE! That's right - Blitz VII will be taking place on Friday, July 14 and Saturday, July 15 2006 at the Bartell Theatre. If youíve never experienced the rush of the Blitz plays, nowís your chance! These plays go from mere titles, drawn out of a hat the night before, to full-fledged plays, all in 24 hours! Itís an amazing process that demands (and gets) the best out of everyone ñ the writers, actors, directors, and technical crew ñ and it results in some truly wonderful theatre!

Auditions

Auditions will be held July 10 & 11

No auditions - simply sign up! If you sign up, A ROLE WILL BE WRITTEN FOR YOU!! Sign-ups and headshots will take place in the Bartell lobby on Monday and Tuesday July 10th and 11th from 7-9pm. If you are hellbound to be in Blitz and cannot make a sign up date, we'll work it out as best we can! If you can't do theatre because of your hectic life, we pack 8 weeks of adrenaline into 12 hours. Then when you wake up the next morning, it is all but a dream...

Sorry, all you theater-loving kids and high-schoolers, but actors must be at least 18 years old.
