Located approximately 40 minutes from the city of Milwaukee, the Schauer Arts and Activities Center is a comprehensive arts/theater complex located in downtown Hartford, sharing a property also occupied by the Wisconsin Automotive Museum (the largest museum of its kind in the state). The Schauer Center, opened in February 2001, boasts a 571-seat theatre, an art gallery, a rehearsal hall, high-tech meeting room, prep kitchen and other auxiliary spaces. Plenty of free parking is available near the arts center.
