A Little Princess

Adapted by June Walker Rogers from the story "Sara Crewe" by Frances Hodgson Burnett

Directed by Carolyne Haycraft

Sara Crewe, the heroine of this enchanting classic, begins the story as a favorite student of Miss Minchen, headmistress of her boarding school, but is banished to the dirty attic when her father's fortune is lost. Sara's imaginative stories about being a princess demonstrate that her kindness and strength of character do not depend on whether she's rich or poor.
