The Fantasy Cabaret
Millenium Theater makes dreams come true one song at a time with the second annual Fantasy Cabaret.
The event is designed to allow some of the area's most talented vocalists to perform songs from roles that they wouldn't normally be cast in while raising money for the Make-A-Wish-Foundation of Wisconsin.
Proceeds from last year's event allowed a four year old and his family to embark on a cherished dream trip to Disney World. Audiences too appreciated the effort, calling it a "treasure chest full of musical jewels from this incredible collection of local talent."(quote from Wisconsin Diary, Phil Haslanger)
Selections will be performed from Cabaret, Company, Phantom of the Opera, Showboat and many other favorites as well as songs from lesser heard shows. Humor, passion and elegance will be embodied by performers such as Kitt Reuter Foss, Erica Foss, L. Joe Dahl, Wendy Jones, and Dawn Marie Danz and Nathan Connor. Also appearing are special guest artists from the Prom Committee.
