Brave Hearts was a thriving storefront theater on Madison's east
side. Home to several local community theaters, Brave Hearts also was
a favorite place to present independent productions as well. It, and
Tom Peterson, are sorely missed.

The Esquire Theater hosted a
meeting on Monday, December 6th, 1999, at 7:00 pm to allow interested
parties to discuss the future of Brave
Hearts Theater. Members of several companies, including First
Banana Productions and Mercury
Players, were present. MadStage will provide information
regarding the outcome of this meeting as soon as a report becomes
