Tom Sawyer, The Broadway Musical

By Ken Ludwig & Don Schlitz

Directed by Frank Peot

This is the Broadway musical version of Mark Twain’s immortal novel set in 1840 in Missouri. In the course of the story Tom matches wits with his stern Aunt Polly, falls in love with the beautiful Becky Thatches, share adventures with the renegade Huckleberry Finn, and is persued by the villainous Injun Joe. From thrilling escapes, to comedy, to inspiration for the whole family, we share Tom Sawyer’s rollicking heart-stopping adventures from Mark Twain’s masterpiece of a boy growing up in heartland America.
