The Music Man

Seventy-six trombones will be leading the River City Children's Band to Fort Atkinson this summer in FACT's final production of the 2015-2016 season, "Meredith Willson's The Music Man"! This timeless musical tells the story of charming con man, Professor Harold Hill, and his antics in River City, Iowa. Along the way he meets up with old friends, the colorful townspeople of River City, and crosses the path of the town librarian, Marian Paroo. This musical features a hilarious cast of characters and beloved songs, including "Seventy-Six Trombones", "Till there was You", "Goodnight Ladies" and many more. The Music Man is a classic tale that will have all ages tapping their toes and singing along. The Music Man will be performed at Fort Atkinson High School July 9th, 10th, 15th and 16th.
