The Good Father

By Christian O'Reilly

Directed by Jim Gallagher

"The Good Father" by Christian O'Reilly. Which is for a mature audience, with some language consideration. A love story of how two people starting at the end, try to reach a new beginning.
Tim and Jane are from different sides of the class divide, but after a random meeting at a New Year's Eve party, they attempt to form a relationship against all odds. The play portrays a relationship that should not have happened and drags two people, whether they like it or not, from skepticism, to love, to grief, and finally to hope.

This play was performed by the Milwaukee Irish Arts, starring Nate Press, Becky Cofta and directed by Jim Gallagher; and I am bringing this play to Memories on Dec. 28 and 29, 2018 It's a wonderful play, with great acting, does have one scene containing some language, but if you can deal with that, it is a must-see play.
