The Exonerated

By Jessica Blank and Erik Jensen

Directed by Edward Morgan

Think of everything you did for the last 20 years. Now take it all away.

In their own words, THE EXONERATED tells the true stories of six people sent to Death Row for crimes they did not commit.  Bungled investigations, political expedience or outright racism contribute to the injustice that robs these and many others of years of life.   Through tireless advocacy and an unshakable belief in their innocence, the six brave souls earn their release but are left to deal with the aftermath of an American justice system that failed them.

"Jaw-dropping…intense and deeply affecting…Artful and moving…pays tribute to the resilience of human hearts and minds."
