A devious corporation, clueless customer service representatives and one angry caller make for a roaring good time in this original one-act dark comedy musical from Boll & Hertel Productions.

When a refrigerator malfunctions, its owner calls the manufacturer for help. His frustration grows as he is transferred from one phone operator to another, enduring endless hold music and butchered variations of the English language.

Featuring a small cast, five-piece band, and minimal staging, TECH SUPPORT will strike a chord with anyone who has ever called for help and wished they hadn't.

This is a preview performance - the show will be presented as a semi-staged reading in a more intimate venue.
