Summerset Festival of the Arts

Directed by Lauren Love, Artistic Director

he Summerset Festival of the Arts is a multi- inter-disciplinary arts celebration intended to immerse and engage artists and visitors in a variety of arts experiences. The festival provides a venue for entertainment and education through the arts, and open the University of Wisconsin-Baraboo/Sauk County campus inside and out to performances, workshops, lectures, screenings, exhibits, demonstrations and contests. Programming is collaboratively offered in theater, music, dance, literary arts, film arts, culinary arts, visual arts, and youth arts. Everyone is a participant -- from the artists who perform, display, talk about, demonstrate, and lead workshops to the visitors who enjoy performances, join in hands-on activities, enter contests and learn new skills.
