Dying On The Vine

By Bruce G. Bradley

Directed by Amy Welk

The latest comedy murder mystery from Dead Write Productions takes place at a wine-tasting event. Grape lovers and gourmets gather to see the unveiling of a new wine, presented by internationally-renowned vintner Jacques Coquilles. But there seems to be a bitter taste to the evening --- Jacques has been making enemies while making his wine. He has trampled more than grapes to achieve his success, including Jonathan Snoot, owner of rival vineyard Chateau Snoot; Amanda Doomey, the vinegar-tongued wine critic; Rosetta Stone, his ex-wife, who got left on the shelf like a dusty bottle; and even his own children, Charles and Charlotte. When the truth is uncorked, the audience will have to follow its nose to solve a vintage crime. A prize is awarded to the audience member who correctly identifies the killer --- or killers! The production includes a four-course dinner, complimentary glass of wine, tax and tip.
