'dentity Crisis

By Christopher Durang

Directed by John Cooper

Dentity Crisis is a play by the Tony award winning playwright Christopher Durang. Durang’s writing is known for being outrageous, wild, and funny. His play, ‘Dentity Crisis is an existential commentary of the modern era and an exploration of the stream consciousness of a girl coming of age in the 1970’s. It’s a wonderful play with with the feel of a vaudevillian cabaret and "I love Lucy" on a drug induced trip while taking us on a journey of history. It confronts the complicated issues that occupied the minds of those who lived during the modern era generation, featuring fun characters with off-the-wall dialogue in an imaginative world from Jane’s mind.
