Crimes of the Heart

By Beth Henley

Directed by Alexander Carney

The story is that of three beautiful yet emotionally damaged sisters.
They are all home to deal with their grandfathers failing health and their one sister's legal troubles. Their past is tragic and has shaped them very profoundly to who they are now, and not for the better. Each one resents the others and their circumstances for where their life is now. In the end though, it will be their close and tragic bond that will get them through their latest hardship.

Auditions

Auditions will be held on the following days:

12/6/2010

-IF Needed Callbacks will be Dec. 7-
Those auditioning should prepare a short monologue of their choice, preferably from a modern American play, either comedic or dramatic. People auditioning will also be asked to read sides from the script for the character of their choice. (4 female and 2 male roles)
Though auditions do imply some competition, the process is made as pleasant as possible. Everyone is given ample opportunity to try out multiple times.
Direction is given along the way and no one needs to fear that he or she will in any way be embarrassed.
Scripts are available for loan through the Theatre Companyıs office in the Community Recreation Department. They may be picked up Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. but must be returned by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 6.
