ECCT TO HOLD AUDITIONS
FOR TWO PRODUCTIONS

Eau Claire, WI -- The Eau Claire Children's Theatre will hold auditions for two upcoming productions, CAROUSEL IN CONCERT and 110 IN THE SHADE, April 19 & 20 at 7 p.m. at ECCT, 1814 Oxford Avenue, Eau Claire.

Those auditioning for a lead role in either show must prepare a 30-60 second cutting from a Broadway show. Those interested in a chorus role can come with a prepared song, or will be asked to sing a familiar song. Performers will have the option of auditioning for one or both of the shows and can chose to do both shows if their schedule permits, as rehearsals will not conflict with each other.

Lead roles in CAROUSEL IN CONCERT are available for 4 adult males and 4 adult females; 8 males and 8 females ages 14 to adult will be cast in multiple smaller speaking roles and the singing chorus. Two performances are scheduled June 6 & 7 at The State Theatre.

Roles in 110 IN THE SHADE are available for 8 males and 5 females ages high school to adult. Four performances are scheduled June 18-21 at The Oxford.

For those interested in helping behind the scenes, opportunities are available to help with sound and lights, working backstage, and with the costumes and sets. For more information, email frontdesk@ecct.org or call 715-839-8877.
