Arsenic and Old Lace

By Joseph Kesselring

Directed by Mickey Reynolds

"Arsenic and Old Lace" is the story of two charming and innocent sisters who populate their cellar with the remains of socially and religiously "acceptable" roomers:and the antics of their nephews, Teddy, who thinks he is Teddy Roosevelt, Mortimer, a manic theater critic. When another long lost nephew returns with his own set of remains in tow, the table is set for a fast-paced wacky romp full of laughs for everyone. "Arsenic and Old Lace" is one of America's best loved comedies, a sure-fire crowd-pleaser.
