You’re invited to join soprano Adrienne Danrich on a journey through the sights and sounds of the Harlem Renaissance, as she brings to glorious life the artistic accomplishments of African American writers, musicians and composers of the 1920s. Featuring the music of Billie Holiday, Margaret Bonds, Harold Arlen, George Gershwin, the poetry of Langston Hughes, and new songs by New York based composer Drew Hemenger.
