It's no illusion that the Council for the Performing Arts has created magic for two decades. The magic is alive on the face of a child when he hears applause after his very first children's play, in the tear filled eyes of an audience member moved by a performance, in the nostalgic smile brought to the face of someone reliving big band dancing.
